There are two "worlds" that we as human beings are aware of, these "worlds" are know as Reality & Fantasy. And to some extent there is a somewhat solid boundary between the two. However, when one tries to; for lack of of better word, intertwine these "worlds" under certain conditions it can cause problems. And THAT is the root of many crimes, problems, and other things in society, culture, etc. We live in a world of labels as I have said countless times before. EVERY religion, culture, social group, etc, have things that are considered the "norm" and things that are considered "taboo" or "forbidden"(outcasted) in terms of morals or norms. The mistake that a majority of people make (under certain conditions & scenarios), is that they try to intertwine reality and fantasy into one state of awareness.
Lets look at two sides of this first, for example: In terms of art, this is an absolutely brilliant thing to do, on the other hand, in terms of sexuality (*** drive) this can be a very bad thing to do. Here is an example of what I'm trying to sum up. Lets take an individual who fantasizes and is "turned on" by the thought and fantasy of rape. It is in his imagination, it is in his thoughts, and it is not affecting another individual negatively, meaning that it is not harming anyone. However, if that individual were to go and commit the act of rape ("bring his fantasy to life") then THAT is when a real problem comes into fruition. Another example, if an indivdual is having thoughts that are considered "taboo" (forbidden) in terms of morals & being the norm, then that individual has every right to do so. However, if that individual were to go and commit these acts In real life, then that is when a real life problem spawns.
Every human being has the right his or her imagination, our imaginations do not harm other individuals. We cannot judge and label (even we do it all the time becasue this is a natuaral human instinct) the thoughts and fantasies of other individuals as "sick" or "perverted" or "twisted" just becasue they aren't considered the norm. The "solution" to this logic isn't trying to force yourself to stop having these desires or fantasies, the solution to this problem is understanding and learning to seperate imagination from reality & keeping it that way. That individual must also learn to eliminate guilt and form understanding and logic about his or her thoughts. We DO NOT choose what we are naturally attacted or "turned on" to, this is soley instinct, if you choose to think so otherwise then you would only be lying to yourself and decieving yourself, and that is the definition of insecurity and foolishness. If someone has an imaginative fetish per se about incest, or murder, or underage "relations",etc, etc, then that individual must take that into understanding & fruition amongst themselves, other individuals have nothing to do with that. And as I just said, that individual must keep imagination and reality seperate and prevent from intertwining the two of them. To those of you like the individuals I just described, stop trying to prevent youselves from feeling something that you feel instictively, and destroy your guilt. However, be aware of your imagination and reality and the boundary between them. Be aware that you are responsible for your actions, and be aware that under certain (many) conditions that there are DIRE consequenses for breaking the boundary between fantasy and reality. The answer is not to perish our thoughts and imaginations, the answer is logic and self-control.
P.S: I do not condone ANY of the "taboos" I listed above(in my post), I just simply do not pass judement upon individuals that do have these thoughts/fantasies. U_U.
