Agree. Since Hashirama is most likely not showing up Madara is a goner. The Kage get to live, except for maybe Tsuchikage and Madara's reputation stays intact having only been beaten by the First.

Exactly only for how truly powerful Madara really is, the Kages were outmatched and Tsuchikage realized it when Madara used the perfect Susano'o
