-Along with 2 other ninja's combined he can use the Flying Thunder God Technique.

Genma is not really a fodder since he has a name, a few feats, and was an elite bodyguard of Minato.

In my opinion it is that one ninja that Minato killed in Kakashi Gaiden. He had 20 shadow clones but got fodderized by Kakashi and Minato.

I just define fodder like the rest ofthe base, basically unimportant. Besides are you implying anyone with a name is not a fodder?

What is a fodder? Any non kage level ninja or any ninja not strong enough to be a jounin. I guess Yamato is the strongest fodder for any non kage level ninja. If you say any non jounin level ninja than it would have to be Kiba probably.

If i have to go for the strongest fodder (People who do not appear regularly and we do not know there name), then my vote goes to the four member's of the 'Anbu Black Ops', who were fighting pain's dog summon in the anime,There combo attacks were the best i have seen so far, i think they can wreck many powerful ninja's in a signal combo attack.

I think a lot of people now base fodders off of weak characters, because weak characters are well....useless? It wouldn't be fun if it was just a bunch of weak people and some really strong dude destroying them.

I think that a fodder should be a character based on how often they appear AND skill.

If it's a really strong dude that barely shows himself, I would consider fodder. And if it was a really weak dude that ALWAYS shows up, then i would consider fodder also

But this thread is asking for the strongest fodder, so I'm guessing OP is asking for a chaaracter skill-wise.

Well technically he is not unimportant as he has been shown at several critical times in the manga to help certain characters. But to answer your question if they have a name they may still be fodder but given that they have a name it makes it less likely that they are fodder since Kishi probably put thought into their character.

To answer everyone's question. When I mean fodder I mean every single ninja we've seen that has appeared in at least a couple manga pages.

Wrong Example: Any random ninja that died in the war.

Right example: Genma, Hayate, Ebisu, Iruka
