I think tht she will survive this simply on the fact tht naruto still need to mature alittle more before he becomes hokage but if she dies they will need a new one nd who better than naruto nd I don't think it should happen tht way

Tsunade will likely survive. In fact, I think that all of the Kage are going to survive. At this point, though, I think that Tsunade and Onoki will pass on the title of Kage like the Third Hokage initially did before Minato died.

As for Naruto, if he wasn't in the running for Hokage after defeating Pain (singlehandedly), he probably wouldn't be selected at this point.

I dont think thats what hes saying, i think he is saying that she should live so Naruto can mature more before becoming hokage, because if she dies in the war Naruto will most likely be next in line for hokage

Well I wouldn't be surprised if Naruto is made Hokage after the war regardless of whether Tsunade died or not.

Most of the villages will probably unite (as in a treaty or alliance) but I do not think they will get rid of the Kage system.
