Well, heres my previous training. Last technique learnt was, Lightning Release : Flying Thunder God. What do we do now?

Okay, well were skipping lightning discharge calamity sicne you need to have some water training to perform it.. so.
(Raiton: Torunedo Raitoningu) - Lightning Release: Tornado Lightning

Description: The user generates lightning-based chakra in his/her palms that they can whip around in order to attack their opponent.
Channel lightning chakra in your palms with them clapped together and then bring them apart creating a long stable lightning whip that can be used to strike down your opponents, weapons, etc.
I begin channeling my lightning chakra from within my body and into my arms, through it, towards my palms. As my lightning chakra is within my palms, I begin molding it and then clapping it together. Electricity crackles around my hands and I use shape manipulation to conjure a long, stable lightning whip using the electricity. As that is done, I pull my left hand away, revealing the lightning whip. With the lightning whip in my right hand, I lash it across a tree stem, cutting it in half.
As you give me the order and your clone is made, I give him a sly grin. I pull back my right hand from using the lightning whip on the tree and towards my back. I stretch my arm as far back as I am capable to and swing the lightning whip forward, towards your clones neck, diagonally from above. It cuts through and slices all the way through your clone's underarm. Though it is not shown his body gets detached from each other, he immediately poofs away.

Description: The user channels his lighting chakra to his dominant hand and then radiates it out making it a hound shaped stream of lighting which stays attached to the users hand through a bolt of lighting.
Channel lightning chakra into one hand and manipulate your lightning chakra to radiate or extend from your palm. Once at this point use alot of shape manipulation to form a hound like figure out of lightning that you control using your chakra. Bad part is that it stays attached to your hands meaning you cant channel other elemental chakra while this is in play unless you have Yin Yang training.
Alright! I start off by gathering my lightning chakra and then channeling it into the palm of my right hand once more through my right arm. As that is done, I mold the lightning chakra to produce a bright, yellow light that begins radiating from around my fist. Electricity can then be seen crackling around my fist wildly beneath the light. I then use shape manipulation over the electricity to form a hound-like manifestation that floats around my arm for awhile.
So sensei...What do I do with the thing on my arm now?

As the clone is made and heads up the tree, I do the same with my lightning hound. Using the chakra within the lightning hound, I manipulate it to travel frontwards towards the tree. As it makes its way to the tree, it begins swirling upwards around the tree and crashes into the clone. The lightning hound phases into the clone, electrocuting the clone in the process, causing the clone to go poof.

Description: The user emits a spear of lightning from their mouth. The spear can then split apart to strike multiple enemies.
Make a handseal and gather your lightning chakra inside of your mouth manipulating your chakra to take the shape of a spear that you spit out towards your opponent..
I begin by gathering my lightning chakra and channel it into my mouth. From there, I perform a single handseal and mold the lightning chakra to produce raw lightning that I am capable of controlling due to it being created of my own lightning chakra. I then shape it to become a long spear which comes out of mouth as the shape-spear is forming. Using manipulation, I increase the speed of which it comes out of my mouth and as it does, I split it into two. I find opponents as you said, a tree and a rock. One spear pierces through the center of a tree while the other incinerates a rock.

The lightning spear is formed and it travels towards your clone in a burst of speed. It pierces right through your clone's chest, causing him to go poof!

Yeah, I had a chat with one of my buddies and in games, the chicks always gets stuff O_O sooooo...I barely could get training back then...You get the point >_> It didn't work out so male version Gondar is here

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.
Channel your chakra and then make a handseal channeling that chakra to create an identical clone of yourself, that has physical form and substance. Give it a try..
I gather up my regular chakra and then channel to the air beside me. I perform a single handseal and mold the chakra, allowing it to take on a somewhat, random physical form. I then mold it further, shaping it into me with the exact same features as me.

Alright now, I begin gathering my normal chakra yet once again and channel it to my side. I perform a handseal and begin molding the chakra to form a humanly-figure. This is the part where I then use shape manipulation to add my own features to the clone. While this is happening, the molding of chakra allows it to take on a physical form. Colours and details such as the eyes, nose, knees begin appearing and voila, my shadow clone!
