I feel like itachi died more due to his sickness rather sasuke actually killing him. Dont get me wrong sasuke gave itachi a fight, but his sickness weakened him. If he wasnt sick I think the outcome would be different. Dead or alive itachi is still powerful.

Actually I feel that Hebi Sasuke is Kage level even w/o A>B>C logic. Remember that he absorbed Orochimaru and gained some of his powers; this gives him the gifts of his snake mastery, healing rates, immunity to poisons, and the like. Sasuke has perfected his Katons to the extent where he destroyed part of Orochimaru's base with their raw strength. What made him initially stand out was his lightning release in the forms of Chidori variants and even the all mighty Kirin. His speed has been complimented by strong members of the Akatsuki, and he has the reaction feats + kenjutsu skills to follow that up. During this time he also has the Curse Mark, which gave him amazing defenses and the ability to fly along with chakra reserves on the increase.

I mean Sasuke would be good 1vs1 or even a good team player with what he has.

Someone who is very proficient in almost all types of jutsu [Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu, Kenjutsu, Shurikenjutsu, Fuinjutsu, Dojutsu], has incredible speed, intelligence and strength, and possessed and mastered the Sharingan and Mangekyo Sharingan, I think is very much worthy of being considered a Kage level ninja.
