It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.
After creating the oven I quickly preform two more handseals and create a swamp under you that is deep enough to sink Manda if he was stretched out completely. This swamp not only brings you under but also the oven which is at the same time shooting lightning at you. I then quickly finish off by stomping the ground and creating a tunnel leading from me to the edge of the swamp (The tunnel is at a 45 degree angle). I then proceed to exhale fire into the hole and finish of by preforming a handseal, making the lava erupt into the air and eventually cover you.

As the pillars begin to rise, I create a swamp around me (but the spot I'm standing on) that stops them from from forming completely as well as their lightning doesn't happen. They only rise about a meter before the are stopped. This would effect you as well, since I make it long range. It also stops the rest of your moves because you need to defend.
