You're just proving our side more. If a genjutsu has a black background it's Tsukuyomi, if the genjutsu has a normal background, it's a normal genjutsu. (Not Tsukuyomi)
I agree with you Sasuke does have Tsukuyomi. I even gave you the page where Tobi says Sasuke does. The manga never says Sasuke has used it. In fact, Itachi used it on Sasuke and Sasuke could have used it on Itachi during the Kabuto fight but instead the Manga says Sasuke used "Sharingan Genjutsu," the next panel says Itachi used "Tsukuyomi."

Sasuke's left eye can cast amaterasu and the other can put it out and manipulate it.

There is no definite proof sauske has Tsukoyomi just as kobak has said. He might, and that all fine and dandy, but until he shows a move and the word Tsukoyomi pops up we must assume he does not have that ability.
