Kishi Has Done Well To Balance Naruto and Sasuke.

I dont think Kirin is stronger than rasenshuriken, its only faster but requires more time too.And Sasuke doesnt have tsukoyomi. But yes I agree that Kishi balanced their abilities/jutusu, that was his goal from the start IMO, Sasuke-chidori + sharingan, Naruto - rasengan + kyuubi: all of their techniques are based around these.
But Sasuke is weaker right now, he needs one more powerup.

Sasuke's Tsukuyomi sucks and the Kyuubi can't stop Itachi's Tsukuyomi.

Also Naruto said he would use his wind to power up Sasuke's fire (symbolic of the will of fire) to surpass his lightning

It says susanoo needs control over the double mangekyou, it doesnt say it has to be tsukoyomi and amaterasu.

Besides, Sasuke hasnt shown Tsukoyomi yet, just normal genjutsus, why is that? And one eye= one ability and sasuke has amaterasu in one eye and the ability to manipulate it in the other, which itachi didnt have. 1+1=2, Sasuke already has his 2 abilities, he cannot have 3.

C states that Sasuke manipulates the flames with his right Mangekyō Sharingan whereas he casts Amaterasu with his left. It is unknown what elements this nature entails.

There is no point anywhere in the manga that even suggests that Sasuke cannot suppress Kurama because Naruto has control over Kurama. Also, Naruto does not have complete control over Kurama yet, Kurama is cooperating.

Don't worry though, Kishi will plot no jutsu Sasuke away from suppressing the nine-tails again and Naruto will probably have the Jyuubi by the time Sasuke and Naruto fight.

but don't worry i think naruto is in disadvantage because his BM can barely last 5 minutes and he needs a lot of work to expand that time or to reach bee's level(bee is in BM since the fight started and still going on) and i have a feeling naruto won't use TBB on sasuke you know trying to save him,frienship and all that bs .from this point i see naruto in disadvantage

If Sasuke does then Sasuke's sucks. Itachi's Tsukuyomi happens instantly, cannot be canceled even by a partner and controls time within the genjutsu.

If Sasuke's sucks that bad is it worth calling Tsukuyomi?

I don't see why Tobi couldn't stop it. I think the entire part were Sasuke suppress Kurama wasn't well thought out by Kishi, it is a plothole. Izanagi and Izanagi create several plotholes. If Tobi has a Mangekyou Sharingan then he could have just used Tsukuyomi on people and ended the war a long time ago.

I think by the time Sasuke and Naruto fight, Sasuke will have the perfect Susanoo and Naruto will be the Jyuubi's Jinchuuriki.

That's a cop-out. You can't prove your point so you blame it on Kishi. There is proof Sasuke has Tsukuyomi, there is no proof that Sasuke has ever used it and it isn't near as strong as Itachi's.
