With this jutsu the user summons down a bolt of lightning to strike into the user. In which, will send an electrical shock also into the opponent.

concentrate ur lightning chakra and tranform some lightning bolts into bullets and launch them at trees

No, actually.

That's the proper amount, and that's how students get good: look at Elias.

I taught him and my other student Ragnaroc one jutsu a day, and we took about a page of a thread to do it.

So no, 15 posts for one C-rank isn't too much at all.
