jiraiya is the weakest sannins

Orochimaru is the strongest sannin, thats an indisputable fact.

All 5 Kage stood their ground against 5 EMS users. All 5 Kage are above Sannin tier. She is the best support ninja in the manga, that's for sure but she is also the strongest ninja. One hit and your dead. Both Orochimaru and Tsunade can use their strongest jutsu right off the bat but Jiraiya requires prep. Without SM, J-man is not on Sannin level. It's extremely difficult to fight and prep at the same time, against Tsunade and Orochimaru, J-man is not going to have time to prep.

Jiraiya cannot do better than Tsunade against 5 Madara. He won't get the time to prep for SM.

Tsunade has bijuu level chakra, she is the most durable character in the manga and she can heal her injuries instantly. Jiraiya has nothing in his arsenal to defeat Tsunade.



I'm not to sure about anyone else but I think based on recent showing she is on Jiraiya level or above but lower than Orochimaru.

Well, we can't really say who's the weakest or the strongest. Each of them has his or her own unique strengths that neither of the other two can't overcome.

It's like you're comparing three very different things. Like for example, a ref, a microwave and a washing machine. You can't say one is more important than the other because we all need these things.

So, in this case, even if you put three of them in a brawl, it will be a draw. Tsunade has her healing abilities, Jiraaya his sage techniques and Orichimaru his forbidden jutsus and stuff.

We can't really say that one is better than the other. Maybe that's why they're the only ones who were acknowledged as sannins and no one else. They're equally strong.

In my opinion Tsunade is a bad match-up for both sannins.....

Tsunade vs Jiraiya:
*Tsunade has a perfect chakra control, Genjutsu won't be so effective.
*Sage Mode strenght is not even comparable to Tsunade's base strenght
*Jiraiya Sage Mode speed is not speed blitzing as raikage's
*Summons? LOOK HOW TSUNADE "LAID A SMACK IT DOWN" ON ONE OF MADARA'S SUSANOO'S
*Jiraiya can use needle jizo, that sword to stab Tsunade, raging lion mane...... but remember Tsunade can recover from that with ease.
*Sage Mode takes time, which Tsunade would have already "laid another smack it down on Jiraiya"

Orochimaru vs Tsunade:
*Kusanagi? Mitotic seal release as shown on part 1
*Hydra? It seems like a powerful beast......kinda slow and big......easy target for millions of katsuyu's acids
*Manda v.1 as shown on part 1 all manda can do is bite and wrap...... but Katsuyu can divide herself.....
THE ONLY THING OROCHIMARU HAS ON TSUNADE IS EDO TENSEI...... NOTHING ELSE....

Ma and Pa being on Jiraiya shoulders isn't going to stop him from running out of chakra.Orochimaru on the other had can just use Edo Tensei and summon Shinobi to fight Jiraiya.As for the Tsunade,I will assume that was just a really unfunny joke because if not, you are truly a moron.

I was bing sarcastic for one. Two, why would you take individual attribute stats and say one is better than the other? The total I'd a way to measure the shinobi against one another :/

I feel like this is a troll attempt but I'm biting none the less. Everyone knows Tsunade is the joke of the legendary trio. Give her props for healing and we are glad she does the paperwork but otherwise ignore her entirely.

As for Orochimaru and Jiraiya the gap between them isn't great and depending on the stipulations a fight between them could either way. Regardless the pervy writer is not the weakest of the Sannin.

as for fire techniques..... and rasengan she can regenerate as many times as her chakra (which healed hundreds or thousands will allow, proved on pain's arc), so in order to defeat Tsunade you would have to hit her with what? 100 rasengans?, because Rasengan wouldn't One shot her, proven when Kabuto survived to it. And to make it an statement, Mitotic seal release is a technique more complete than Kabuto's faster recovery technique, so I honestly doubt she will feel that much after effect damage. Frog techniques, we are talking about a Tsunade that might have a Katsuyu helping and that might Wake Tsunade from Genjutsu by simply disrupting Tsunade's chakra. Rasengan, due to it's short range. It will have the side effect of being to close to Tsunade, which might proof a real THREAT FOR JIRAIYA HIMSELF. Because he could get a good punch on his face. And as far as I know Jiraiya doesn't possess any regenerative move.

The only big problem I see here, is the oil+water+fire technique, which in my opinion Tsunade is smart enough to crack the earth, to let the earth drain that.
