so this is the new tavern huh? cool. oh btw grimm, remember. everything always gets worse before it gets better. i have a lot of friends that have a$$hole dads too. but don't let something like this get the best of you. prove to your dad that your better than he thinks. become something that will make your dad think twice before he says hateful things again. don't stoop to standards which force you to make rash decisions.

Exactly mate, "each generation always surpasses the previous one, it's one of the neverending circles of life"... so all you have to do is become an even bigger pain in the a$$ than he is and he'll back off.
You could always bring up the fact that; Bill Gates, Steve Jobbs, and Brian Kernighan were all considered black sheep in their family. Their parent's told them to be more like their brothers/sisters/cousins but they ignored them... now they are some of the most successful people in the world, and their brothers/sisters/cousins/parents are mooching off of them.
Doing what your parents say is sometimes a good thing, but being an individual is always a good thing.
