Nagato awakened the rinnegan

Exactly. Full of holes and possibilities. That is where the fun is in all this I suppose. I personally think somehow Madara and Tobi have been able to communicate with one another this entire time. If so, Madara could've known about Nagato that way. I have no idea how that can be though. It's just too early to tell. And I think the first time J-Man actually saw Nagato's eyes was when Nagato used Rinnegan on those ninja. Nagato always had his eyes covered, so its possible J-man didn't notice what they looked like until then. Also, not many people in the manga know or believe in the so6p. Most either don't know about it or consider it a myth from what we've been shown, which could account for Nagato's parents not being alarmed by a son who has purple eyes with spirals in them

Well even if his eyes were covered, I just don't see how it could be missed... He lived with the J-man for a while before him and Yahiko were attacked. Also couldn't Konan and Yahiko have noticed his eyes before too? I just don't think because his hair was a little long the J-man and Yahiko and Konan would have missed it.
As for his parents, they couldn't just ignore purple eyes... they're definitely not normal. It's kind of absurd to think his parents would have just brushed of their son having purple eyes with spirals in them... Also I'm sure somewhere in the manga it was implied Nagato awakened them from anger or because his life was in danger.

If Nagato had Madara rinnegan then why the hell can't he use susano and tsukyomi and shit like that :| I mean we see Madara rinnegan using all of that and it doesn't really make sense.

Nagato awakened the rinnegan when his parents were killed in front of him, he is the true rinnegan barer just like the sage of 6 paths. I mean from the limited screen shots or shadows we seen of the so6p, did we see him without the rinnegan.

Oh boy!! Sasugay has itachi's eyes but cant use all his moves. That point is not valid.

when madara was summoned his 1st words say something about nagato using the rinnegan to awaken him, thats where the link is. We don't know yet how he acquired it. So for now its all speculation.

Its the shinobi world, i don't see how strange that is.. and as was rightly said, most people think the sage and the rinnegan were just myths. Even jiraiya was astounded when he saw them for the 1st time (he knew about them, but had never seen them). So it could really be that his parents did not know the kind of power (eyes) their son had.

nagato had one of the two things to unlock it, tobi must have gave it to him; it perhaps took his parents dying to awaken it. until we know more we will never know the truth about tobi and his statements but judging by what we know already tobi must have.

The edo madara can use all the sharingan jutsus as well as the rinnengan jutsus because as we know rinnengan is the evolved version of sharingan, so how is it possible that nagato could only use rinnegan and not the sharingan, it means that nagato was directlu given the completely evolved rinnengan, but the only confusion is that does it belong to tobi or not..

Thats not a good reason to say his rinnegan was transplanted. I mean we saw that Tobi had a lab which contained many many activated sharingans from dead Uchiha, why is it that none of them deactivated.

nagato has his own eyes in theory; if there where madara's he would have mastered some of the sharingan tec, he had themm all his life and mastered everythink else by himself why not these tech; kakashi has mastered 2 sharingan tec that why he is called copy ninja and that other dimension warp. which is ms tec use to get rid of sharingan black fire amatersu.
when obito died his eye did not change bac but stayed sharingan same as nagato. the reseason why nagato eyes stuck in that state was because he was forever using them rinnegan technquies i beleive the paths (pain) required the eyes to be present and so did the dragon soul eater move when he was young and his firiend yakiho died that move anyway as he body became part of a demon through wires lookin like a puppet.

i believe that the sage of 6 paths was born a uzamaki because of these hints:
as he was a master in seals techniques
uzamaki are cousin of senju. why senju and not uchiha because as senju was in charge the decision was obv approved by the sage family he would have kept family ties close and ask for help in time of need like for seals for the jinks to be.
