That's because of the mist. Without the mist, he would've been easy for the soliders to win. Kakashi only went on a rampage because he was pissed off because of the Edo Tensei and the awfulness of it. Kakashi is 5 times better than he was when he first fought Zabuza, Kakashi easily owns now one on one so don't even think of putting them two in the same category
Kisame is not here. None of them can pierce Kimimaro and are all too clumsy to land a Hit.
Samehada is an outside source that can disturb chakra and break em out. It may not be smart and it might not be quick about it but it will grant fat fish guy some chakra cuz hes im danger like with killer bee. Obviously this would be disturbing his chakra and he would get out and start reviving other guys.
Well they still cant find them in mist, and remember kimi wont rush cv2. It'll take a few minutes for mist to clear and by that time zabuza can redo jutsu and find tayuya and cut her down. Remember she only carries a flute so shes toast for sure.

You must realize the 7 Ninja swordsman are known everywhere. They would be familiar to the sound 5 and they would not take them lightly. Usually in battles Genjutsu is used primarily which is why I put that scenario.
Hidden mist would activate at start too, though. Also , the seven swordsmen can target people just by sound so they will know where and what its coming from.
