Narutobase's translation makes more sense although ***********'s are more reliable. I'll go with what I think makes more sense which is PS is comparable to a Bijuu. I think it's kind of weird that having Ems Madara is stronger than a bijuu.

yea maybe but theres a difrence between susanoo and bijuu . bijuu gives the host tons of chakra but perfect susanoo costs and takes away tons of chakra from the host
