[Discussion] Not enough War

So Kishi made all this hype about the 4th ninja war, enemies unite to fight more enemies an overall enemy fest. But now that it's here it seems like Everything is being crammed into a chapter that can be.

Rather than taking 1-3 chapters to explain something we had kabuto battle Madara battle and Naruto battles all pretty much happening simultaneously in the last chapters. I can't be the only one who feels like the action is being overlooked just to reach the end in time.

Gotta say though I bet now a lot of those people who hated fillers are praying they make a ton that cover the fight scenes in the war better than the manga has.

i agree, the war begun, now it seems over already. like you said, all the good team up as do the bad but no important good guys died! now you mention the fillers i actually do hope they cover the fights but there still wont be deaths. =( i dont want to be seen as a death lover but come on guys, whats a war without tragic losses ay? the war is happening waaaaay to fast for my liking. =(

yes i 100% agree was planning on making a similar thread sometime when i got round to it . the war has only been for like 3 days not even a week and kishi already pulled out the big fights , so much for the big hype , if i was kishi i would of had the 100,000 zetsu army actually last a bit longer,
nagato not be sealed and fight elsewhere so we could see the three rinnegan users in action at the same time at different battle fields - would of been epic if yu ask me ...
have tobi actually join the battle before finding naruto, you know kill a few hundred shinobi make naruto real angry
have the five kages vs the past kages or atleast have gaara vs his dad a bit more epic
tsunade meet dan somewhere along the line
you know draw it out longer .. some people hate that but i feel we've missed out on alot of stuff

omg ppl stop bitching. u knw how many chapters of war we've seen so far. what. we've aredy forgotten about hanzo. n the gin-kin brothers? we dont remember asuma and nagato fighting. i feel we got loads of battles. so what if we're learning things now. next i wanna learn about madara n the uzumaki clan. so if it takes talkin then so be it. theres more fighting to come. stop complaining man the war started 74 chapters ago n u tellin me that u didnt expect it to be ending by now? :|

I was thinking about this "great" 4th war, and has it been like 2 hours and it seems almost over? Not quite sure what the time frame is but it sure seems like it cant be longer than a week, no matter the plot no jutsu.

this too. =) Kishi had his moment to make this war EPIC, like no other. he could of given us what we narutofans want, eg(like stated above too) new kages vs old kages, Tobi destroying hundreds of the allied force but he didnt. im not saying its a bad war but it could of been waaaay better. =)

I'm not saying those fights never happened I said it felt rushed, I don't mind stories and i love history segments but I also would have liked to see more fight scenes. The Hanzo fight as well 1 chapter with a little recap(talking conclusion) in the beginning of the following chapter. Then we come in to a half way through team asuma fight

yea it has been a lot of chapters but it still feels like it's crammed and not just the action scenes but the story as well. I feel like a lot more could be told about the battle between Hash and Madara or more could be said about how the Uchiha and Senju relate to the so6p even the scenes with Itachi,Sasuke and Kabuto felt like all the talking was just to reach a point not much foreshadowing or reminiscing to thicken the story.

agree especially the parts in bold , the war defiantly had the potential to be alot better
