[Theory] A weird twist on the Tobi idea

Really then why do they make a big deal about Kakashi being the copy ninja and how he can recreate your jutsu on site as you do it?
I do not remember seeing any Uchiha doing this but if i'm wrong i would love to see the chapter where a sharingan user other then Kakashi used sharingan to replicate a jutsu such as kakashi vs. Kisame and the water dragon jutsu.

Remember Kakashi can use waterstyle, earth style and lightening style as well, no wonder it is so practical for him to copy peoples jutsus! Also I think Itachi and Shisui (the only other Uchicha we really know much about) were probably too young to participate in the 3rd ninja war. Infact Itachi is seen as a kid holding Sasuke when the 9 tails attacked konoha during Naruto's birth.

As far as Tobi is concerned he's some messed person who inherited Madara's ideology! I wonder if Madara created him from himself using the rinnegan. I mean he's from the same era as Madara and Hashi he has too much knowledge about what happened back then.
Then again, I haven't seen him use Katon and all he does with his Sharingan is Kamui - the same as Kakashi, the abilities we have seen so far are not very Uchicha like!
However he has amazing space time ninjutsu..it is as if his mass is in another dimension when he phases!

Your last line is what i was thinking of when i thought it could be some weird time traveling jutsu where when attacked he goes forward in time seeing your attack end and returns back in time where the attack has missed.
