Fire release is one of the five basic elements. It is used by molding chakra and heating it. A large number of fire tequniques are released from the mouth. It is weak to water and strong against wind. Wind style can actually be used to make a fire style technique stronger.


It is also a building block of several kekei genkei. The kekei genkei blast release (lightning and fire), boil release (water and fire), and lava release all utilize fire style. The genkei tota, dust release also utilizes fire style as one of the three elements.

In order to prevent my body temperature from rising too much, I release a bit of chakra while still molding more (I will still have heated up chakra in my system as I will be replacing whatever I release)

Good. But for future reference, when molding fire internally (Which is almost always) you must line your lungs/stomach/throat, etc with chakra to avoid getting burned yourself.
