Yeah.

Anyway, I want to take a different approach. Instead of you actually performing the techniques, simply describe them to me; How they work in our RP, any ways you can imagine to use them, any combinations or collaborations, etc. If you don't know how one works, I'll explain to the best of my abilities. We'll also move at two techniques at a time.

You don't have to write much, at least a single complete sentence is required. (If I feel there can be more detail I will ask fro emphasis, however).

So describe the following two techniques to me according to the instructions I just gave you.

( Kaen Shuriken Ranbu ) - Blazing Shuriken Dance

The user throws the shuriken with fire chakra so they will be stronger than regular shuriken. They could be combined with a wind ninjutsu to increase the speed at which they move and increaase the strength of the fire.

Well these are D Rank techniques, so there's not much to say about them, especially in regards to combinations. If you combine them with Wind, the wind is likely to extinguish the flames, believe it or not. Also, the wind wouldn't speed them up as you said, it's more likely that the fire would eat the wind and grow stronger than anything else.

The fires are also far too weak to have any effect on Earth or Mud at this stage, though I'm glad you brought that up. What about combining them with lightning? D Ranked lightning. Electrify the shuriken first (D Rank Lightning) then breath fire onto them. Fire and Lightning are two compatible elements, and they compliment each other quite nicely.

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger, the user is able to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. Once it comes in contact with fire or sparks, the gas ignites into a large fireball.

The user blows out an explosive gas into the air. This Jutsu can be ignited by another fire Jutsu or lightning Jutsu. I am not sure if it would work but could the gas be compressed by an Earth release Jutsu to make an explosion?

The flame will burn the target and or ignite flammable materials. The user could quickly follow up the Jutsu with lightning as it would be blocked from the opponent's view by the flames.
