1) Naruto dodges 3rd Raikage's attack and hits his shoulder with a Rasengan thanks to sensing abilities.
2) Kabuto steps sideways to avoid Sasuke's Amaterasu

Near the end, he did. "The real one is not among them", the note he left for Naruto. (I think that's how it went.) xD. Either way, he most likely wasn't worrying about a little chakra sense from afar when he had 6 people with Rinnegans trying to kill him. :shrug:

Is 4.5 enough to dodge though? Raikage's speed was off the charts (i know it was 5 in databook but thats because 5 is max) and he was able to dodge amaterasu in v2 and it was still close. And his reflexes were said to be on minato level.

Jiraiya can not sense chakra, true, But he does not need chakra sensing to dodge amaterasu since he has more then enough speed to do so.

jiraya fan has never come with a good argument in the itachi vs jiraya threads
the majority of people who say itachi are pretty much neutral.

it's just the jiraya who have yet to accept he has no way of beating itachi.
and giving the pervey sage raikage level reflexes (to dodge amerterasu) that he doesn't have doesn't count either.

we could do the whole the whole jiraya vs itachi debate you and me.
