Who has the highest chakra levels?

The SO6P has the highest chakra levels of all time, to use any of his 'tools', a ninja would need massive levels of chakra. When Tenten found the Bashosen (Banana Palm Fan) and used it against the Silver and Gold Brothers she passed out and was lucky she didn't die. As a result of the massive amount of chakra each of the 'tools' use, I stand by the SO6P, considering he used all of them concurrently.

No he didn't. I wish people read the manga more carefully.
He said to Sasuke, and I quote, "You have chakra even more sinister than my own, the same type of chakra as Uchiha Madara."
To which Sasuke replies, "never heard of him" or met him, something along those lines.

I think sunade and naruto definitely hav a good amount of chacra... Well for naruto i will add this that naruto has the highest because at beginning and while fighting garage he produced so many shaw clones.. Its nearly unbelievable so i think naruto himself has tremendous amount of chacra..
And madara and trade come next..
Then i think gara..
Oruchimaru i will not deny he also has a good reserve... And i think he increased his chacra reserve by doing the curse seal..
Well what ever oruchimaru is a bomb....
Raikhage is good and i am most impressed with takashi..

Another thing i think kabutos sage mode is not perfect like naruto.. It needs a lot of improvement..
Cause he looks more like a snake than human..
Remember the old frog comparing naruto and joraya said that naruto has no sign of a frog he mastered sage mode better than joraya himself..

Nagato....bcoz he revives shinobis of leaf village with his massive amount of chakra and he controls all six path of pain.... no one can do this......

Naruto isn't Senju. He's a distant blood relative of the senju. He only relies on the kyubi for his chakra. It's because of the seal his dad made that his base chakra is a LITTLE powerful. It made the kyubi's chakra leak and merge with his own. Without that his chakra would be as much as ino's

1. Naruto Even though I really don't like him as a person I have to admit that his chakra level is frightening. People who have mastered the Sen-Mode must have a high base chakra because they have to mix their own chakra with sen chakra. If their own chakra is too low and they mix it with sen chakra they'll turn into stone (at least in the frog sen mode). Also Hachibi explained the whole Kyubi-good-Chakra mode to Naruto. The Kyubi sucks Narutos chakra out while Naruto uses Kyubis chakre. And even though Naruto made 1000 Bunshins and send them all over the battlefield and all the bunshins used Rasengans and more bunshins he was able to use the Kyubi chakra for a long time. And even when he couldn't use the Kyubi chakra anymore he was still able to go back into the Sen-Mode which is quite impressing. Also he's and Uzumaki.
2. Nagato First of all he's an Uzumaki so he must have a high base chakra. Second according to Tobi his Rinnegan is implanted and so far we know that all implanted eyes drain someones Chakra (Kakashi and Ao) if you use them the whole time. Since Nagato uses the eyes the whole time I suppose they are draining his chakra as well. Also his Jutsus are on a different scale than any other Jutsu we have seen because they come directly from the RS so the must be chakra draining as well.
3. Oonoki This guy is mad mighty. He used a lot Jinton jutsus against Muu and he himself said that Jinton jutsus tire someone out and cost a lot chakra and after not having enough chakra for Jinton he used so many different doton Jutsus without a single sign of exhaustion. When Madara arrived at the battlefield he still managed to use a lot Jutsus he was even able to fly the whole time during all the time which obviously costs chakra as well.
4. Tsunade Healing the others till they are totally refreshed and full of power + healing herself without showing a little sing of exhaustion is enough to be on the fourth place.
5. Kabuto Summoning all the Edo Zombies, using the sen mode the whole time (and since he's absorbing the sen chakra automaticaly his base chakra must be high because otherwise something like the thing with the becoming stone would happen), casually using suiton jutsus which exhausted Kakashi is enough to be on the fifth place.
6. A & Mei I think they both deserve to be on the 6th place because A is using his Raiton no Yori the whole time which is said to be a quite chakra draining technique and he still doesn't show a sign of exhaustion and he's the only kage who hasn't been healed by Tsunade yet. Mei is using really strong Jutsus the almighty Madara is so afraid of them that he's using Susanoo against them. All her Jutsus are high level Jutsus and must cost a lot chakra.
7. Sasuke MS Jutsus cost a lot chakra + his raiton and katon Jutsus which he can spam non stop.
Oh and I'm not talking about edo zombies whom we have only seend as edo zombies because they apparently have infinite chakra reserves and I don't want to talk about Hashirama because if he lived he would definitetly be on top. Talking about people who are already dead and whom we haven't seen fightning in while they were alive is really stupid. We could also make a list and put the SOT6P at the top of everything lol

Chakra is used when you fight. He fought an army for 3 days , he had to have immense chakra. Notice how Kakashi was tired after fighting kakuzu for so long ? Same concept

Ao wht chakra from when he fought the kyuubi ? Another kyuubi ? He used like 200 odama rasangan, he could do so cause of his immense chakra

I'd like to see Sauske make 100 shadow clones. Or use chidori 50+ times in a fight.( naruto used 50+ giant rasangans fighting the nine tails)
Your thread is not quit right...... Uzumaki is the clan that people have the highest chakra level. And one of the most well known with highest chakra is Uzumaki Mito wife of the first Hokage,that she used only her own chakra to surpass and control Nine-Tail power. And also Naruto in the manga you have already seen how many clones he's made and IMAGINE how much of his chakra that Nine-Tail takes from him huh,if he wasn't Uzumaki,he would die long ago due he lost all his chakra. You could read the manga again if you don't believe me
