Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from their body. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it only paralyzes. The lightning can be channelled through metal objects, as well as spread out into the air or ground.

Pretty good move right? Now I believe sasuke only used this move once on Naruto and Sai but tell me why? If it comes down to Taijutsu don't you guys think this move is pretty OP and he should use it more.

Any thoughts (aside from susano'o) why sasuke hasn't used this more more often?

He hasnt used it much because he got MS which opened up a load of new abilities which he over used. Once they cease to be new and exciting he'll go back to it

Though he usedit against itachi on the ground to force him to jump and evade it, and get him from above, (all happened in a genjutsu)

he might use it again as he fights naruto....in the anime in the ending theme we see them doing too aura-like attack,if you will, so it might be a slight variation of the nagashi

Well, I don't like the jutsu. When i first saw it I thought it was unfair beyond belief. Sasuke at that level was untouchable physically (not counting weapons or releases). Just figured he'd use it more

Sasuke still uses Chidori Sharp Spear or Chidori! He just likes using Susanoo at the cost of his life, lol! Anyways, it's a great jutsu, but i like Chidori Senbon way more!

Possibly because he has Susano'o now. During his Pre-Susano'o days, there weren't many viable foes to use it on.

He also used in the fight against Raikage when Dauri hit with the water lightning combo.

Naruto could counter it now though with either bijuu chakra or his wind element
