Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from their body. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it only paralyzes. The lightning can be channelled through metal objects, as well as spread out into the air or ground.

Pretty good move right? Now I believe sasuke only used this move once on Naruto and Sai but tell me why? If it comes down to Taijutsu don't you guys think this move is pretty OP and he should use it more.

Any thoughts (aside from susano'o) why sasuke hasn't used this more more often?

Cos none have given him a hug after he used that first time U_U .......

Also the jutsu's range around sasuke is not that high(also it can only stun), so its useful only in close combat against weaker opponents. Then why should he use a stunner if can use a killer in 1 VS 1 situation.
