The Restrictions for Ranmarus KG

Just incase you guys dont know. he is the little boy with the Eye KG in the filler arc of the dude with the 2 lightning blades. that can see through walls. Diisrupt the Byakugan.. Predict movement. (similar to 3tomoe) and can determine if somebody is dead or not and cause illusions (Similar to Sharigan)

I wanted to make a custom of this kg for awhile but it seems people forgot about it. and its a pretty bad ass KG. I was wondering. Can a Restriction be set up for this. or can i simply just make it?

He's not in the rp, because apart from his kg/ability, he can't walk or any of that stuff. No one knows if it's a kg, or special ability like guren's crystal. And so it's staying out of the rp.

It was stated its a KG several times in the anime....
and her crystal style was said to be a KG also

and he can walk. if you saw the episode at the very end he protected rock lee. He was just very weak....

NB is smart. they can make that KG for custom bios

He can barely walk...

We don't know the extent of his abilities...

It's just really not worth the time at all to make up how all his abilities will work in the rp, or what they do...

Why can't you be happy with everything you've got?

Wanna block byakugan? Hidden mist
Wanna predict movements? Learn sharingan
Illusions? Learn genjutsu
See if they are dead? Can see chakra with your sharingan...

Sharingan can see chakra on the other side of objects that don't contain chakra. So you could see someone through a wall, if there isn't chakra in the wall.

How can byakugan see through pure chakra? It couldn't tell which naruto was the real one, so deferenciating chakra in the mist seems like a no no to me.

It's just one of them things, like custom wood users or custom crystal users.

It's been asked before, i might of asked about both i think, but it just wont happen.

When I asked Zen to make the Kurama-clan rules, i touched on that very same subject. What we decided is that so little is known about that KG and its abilities that it would be a mess to implement and make rules. Also, if you read the rules correctly, you+d know that even if a bio shown in the manga/anime isn't restricted, it doesn't mean you can do it. Ranmaru bios are forbidden at the moment. It may change, but we need to work other things first like the jinchurikis, kakuzu, etc.

And as for Byakugan, its main ability is the ability to focus pass matter and chakra and energy. Basically, you can see chakra yes but you can focus beyond it and see past it. Neiji saw beyond a barrier of chakra into the akatsuki hideout and in some cases it has been shown that its possible. Byakugan is considered "immune" to blinding (flashes of light, smoke, mist, etc). The fact that it can't differentiate between clones is because they have no difference from the original maker. The only way to block a byakugan user's vision is to either make him confuse yourself with clones (not blinding it but he can't pinpoint who is the real one) or to take his eyes out.

because that is two different abilities of the byakugan we are talking about the first is its ability to see chakra and the second is its ability to see through things

Wouldn't you think if someone used the biography and exploited the ability to his favor, an argument would come up and nobody would be able to get a clear solution to the problem due to the lack of information?
