In harry potter harry beat voldemort. Does that mean he's better than him? F**K NO! Not even close. It was plot. Had hiruzen lost that fight the series would be over because naruto would have been hunted and killed. It's plot when a character NEEDS to win a fight against someone clearly stronger. After that, guess what, hiruzen hasn't been mentioned since, while hashirama is still being compared to god and the so6p.

Byakugan as a whole is better then sharingan. How many uchihas do u know that unlocked the over powered MS? -__-

Like I said in another thread. In the context and time of what was said the byakugan was better but because the only uchihas left which is only 3 (And Kakashi) managed to get MS, the sharingan is all of a sudden better because there is a power up only a few people can get.

You haven't seen Hiruzen's prime so why question what the manga has already clearly stated? You've already seen Konohamaru fight so that's a poor example. You know Hiruzen's status and how much he's been praised.

my point was...if we take everything as of now as law. then byakugan is better thats counting ems...as you said that was then so in other ways people got power ups and if i may say kishi will power up hashi till he is better than hiruzen for plot to make madara look super strong ..but people will prob say nooo hiruzen is the strongest so i wont say anything after this ill keep it to my self

You haven't seen Hiruzen's prime so why question what the manga has already clearly stated? You've already seen Konohamaru fight so that's a poor example. You know Hiruzen's status and how much he's been praised.

Didn't answer my question in the least. And Hashirama's hype is LEAGUES above hiruzen's anyway. His powers are a myth comparable to the so6p? Really? Who can beat that hype? Certainly not the guy who's mastered only as many jutsu as kakashi...

Two different cases though. U know full well if I skipped us back a couple years ago u wouldn't be posting what u are now and would say something along the lines of.

"OMG! The third took out the 1st, 2nd, and Oro all by himself!"

Skip a few years into the future where Hashirama is getting hyped up all of a sudden because of Madara and we'll just disregard what happen in part 1 as fact and come up with BS excuses like "Oro was controlling the 1st and 2nd."

It wasn't plot that allowed Hiruzen to win because he planned to use the reaper death seal from the start. He didn't just pull the technique out of his ass when things got rough. He held his own just fine but because part 2 power increased, we'll disregard any of the so called power houses in part 1.

Let me give u guys an example. Oro was in part 1, we knew he was powerful and he showed it but it didn't even compare to his part 2 feats but it's still that same person.

Ur telling me that if we put Hiruzen in part two, he would just be some fodder shinobi getting tossed aside when he was considered stronger then any of the kage in his generation? :| That means Onoki and 3rd Raikage.

You do know Hiruzen shared the same nickname as the So6P, right? I'd class that as above a 'myth' which was only compared to the Sage.

Thing is, everything you're trying to say about Hiruzen stems from your own opinion.

I reckon kishi could've come out and said Hiruzen > Hashirama directly and some people here would still say he's wrong.

he would still be pathetic at that time according to the manga(he is potrayed to be like that for that specific scene) ..and have as much chakra reserves so would help at that time.

you honestly think that was a legit fight, if hashi fought the same way he did against ems madara.... you already know what would of happen to hiruzen. hashirama was barely using his wood techs, not to mention he didnt use flower of the tree world, how would hiruzen counter his pollen :sy:

No, not at all. He's strong, sure. Put him in part 2 and he'll be 100% stronger even out of his prime. But what i'm saying is even that doesn't compare to the first hokage, the only man madara (the most powerful person in the manga right now) fears and respects. And as he's lived to know nagato, he definitely knows the power of the third hokage.

hiruzen has shown nothing that even hints he deserves that title, while hashirama has. that should be enough for you to realize that hashirama>hiruzen
