Basic Information

Looks: Obra is an extremely tall and massive man with an outlandish appearance, sporting pale blue skin and round, beady, reflective and mildly protruding black eyes, which have no seeming sclera, being completely dark like those of a rodent, or a bird. He has very long, straight bluish hair, which flows down to his shoulders, where it is gathered in a ponytail. The features of his face are just as distinctive, with it being elongated frontwards, culminating in a very long, protruding and vaguely hooked nose, under which Obra's wide mouth, with thick pinkish lips, sits. He has a fairly long neck, and passing just above his nose are two white belts covered in round studs, with a larger section secured by buttons sitting on his nose's upper part.

Most of Obra's body is hidden away by a very large, poncho-like black cape, whose collar, reaching up to his face and obscuring his chin, is adorned by a white pattern consisting of several hollow circles linked together by a line passing below them. Below his neck, secured to it by straps, are three white bow ties, placed one below the other, and linked together by smaller straps. Sprouting from below such cape are four, limb-like appendages covered in dark and light stripes, somehow reminiscent of a bee's sting, with two of them being placed at each of Obra's sides. His attire is completed by a high, large-brimmed top hat, circled by two bronze-colored stripes right above the brim and some inches below its top.​

Personality: Obra is a very quiet, devious and a deceiving man, quiet mysterious, before fighting, he tries to observes his opponent before even moving a single muscle.​

Background Information
History: Obra was found in a forest somewhere in Kirigakure, however, he wasn't born there. Someone from Kirigakure found him deep in the misty forest while heading to a mission he had to accomplish from his Mizukage, however, the man stopped and took the baby back to Kirigakure, he went to the Mizukage with it and asked what to do with it since the baby of six months old was totally helpless until she told him to take care for it, just for a couple of years.

Obra grown up as a independent kid, the man who found him in the forest gave him only lodging so Obra couldn't become a street urchin, however, Obra was a very intelligent and quiet boy. Obra only scored A's at the ninja academy since he knew everything which was related to the ninja world with only trying to find out things by observation trough the village, in books, the ninja academy and asking his teachers, he became a Genin, passed the Chuunin exams with ease at a age of eleven and his future goal is to become a Jounin, all achieved with only using his intelligence and observations.

When the Mizukage gave him a mission to finish his exams to finally become a Jounin, he went all alone and refused help, however, that wasn't a clever move of him. While traveling to Konohagakure to spy and gain information, on his way, he met a very strange and quite suspicious man, Obra seemed something strange about him, he felt a weird but extremely strong chakra running around the man, and suddenly attacked him without hesitation, he couldn't stand a chance against him, he got beaten up until Obra went insane, he didn't knew what he was doing, his eyes became black, and destroyed his whole surrounding but the man named Doctor Jackal seen faith in him, and wanted Obra, to join the Nekura clan, he calmed him, gave him a hand and said to him ''Come with me... Obra, Nekura''

Abilities

Enhanced Agility & Reactions; Obra is very agile and has a great reaction time along with reflexes, having fought like a wild beast his whole life. His reaction time is far greater than an average shinobi thanks to the excessive training gained by doing all the missions all by himself, without any help, becoming harder and harder with the day on himself until he pushed himself to the limit.

Fuuinjutsu; Obra has scrolls to perform 'Ho/Mizu/Kaze/Tsuchi/Rai Houin'. The scrolls are being held by the pouches stripped on his right and left hip. These seals allows Obra to summon his extra Katana, shuriken of different sizes, including normal shuriken, giant size Fuuma shuriken, kunais or combinations of kunais with flash grenades, and smoke grenades.

Water Affinity; During his time while taking missions, observation trough the village training by himself and gaining information of the water element from his teacher Obra gained the ability to use Wind technique's with only one handseal.

Clan abilities; The abilities of the Nekura center on the summoning and control of this foul chakra of the Juubi's, that the clan calls ''Keigoku''. The chakra is warped from the moon by a clansman opening the dimesional portal, through which the chakra enters the battlefield. This is much like a Summoning jutsu, which brings objects from a different place through dimensions. The portals can be opened anywhere on the battlefield. However, note that they cannot be used for transporting the user, opponent etc. over dimensions. Only Keigoku can transport itself through the portals. The portals are silent and do not actually count as a jutsu, however the release of a Keigoku technique from them is a jutsu; furthermore, it's not as if the portals possess any use outside of transporting Keigoku anyway.

The power of the Keigoku, however, is not to directly affect physical objects. The Keigoku is so corrupted, that it causes searing pain to an opponent's mind if they have been touched with the energy. Much like how prolonged exposure to a fire can cause extreme burns, prolonged exposure to high-rank Keigoku techniques can cause a complete shattering of the mind and possibly a vegetative state. This also lets the Keigoku pass through physical substances without minds, such as earth, water or trees to reach a target behind it, since it loses none of its powers on the non-sentient object. Should the Keigoku touch a Summoning, it will turn them against its master.
Skilled users of Keigoku have been rumored to shift its focus from merely shattering minds to bending them or manipulating them with even direct eye contact initiating a transfer of Keigoku between people. However, this can only be done by extremely high-level Nekura and requires special training from the Clan Head.

Similarly, skilled Nekura above a certain rank possess one of the most useful powers. The Drain. Once one of their Keigoku attacks have connected with the opponent, istead of letting their Keigoku dissipate, the Nekura bring the Keigoku back to them and pour the stolen strength from the opponent's mind into theirs. This firms up their mind, and even if they have injuries makes their mind pretend it isn't there and force the body to function as it normall would. Since this isn't really a cure, after the battle the Nekura will feel their injuries again plus an extra 25 damage points due to the strain of forcing their body. As many damage points as the opponent is hit with, that many damage points the user may force their mind to believe it isn't affecting their body.

Another side-effect of wielding the Keigoku is that any Bijuu, whether incompletely or fully transformed, believe the Nekura to be one of "them" since the Nekura wield the same chakra that the Bijuu were made of - just not in the same amounts. The Bijuu therefore refuse to attack the Nekura. Each Nekura is given a cloak strong enough to keep out normal weapons strikes.

An unwanted ability is that of the Nekura's bodies, after or during a battle, being so filled with Keigoku that they reject any foreign chakra from entering their body, and stop it instantly. This means that medical ninjutsu have to force harder to overcome the natural resistance, making Nekura extremely hard to heal, roughly three times that of a normal patient.​
