No no no no, Orochimaru used a 5 elements seal on top of the 4 symbol seal on naruto to create an unbalanced sealing because 5 is even and 4 is odd. Therefore he messed up Naruto's chakra flow.

Naruto's natural kyuubi yang chakra sealing is two 4 symbol seals, no 5 elements seals. By using a 12 symbols seal, it gives naruto access and control over the kyuubi chakra up to 5-tails, from 6 tails on it overwhelms the yang chakra seal, but I could, theoretically, seal it ALL up permanently, but I wouldn't do that cause I'd have to kill myself.
