*I perform the necessary hand seals and gather a high amount of wind chakra in my lungs. Then I take a deep breath and blow out my chakra toward your clone and turn it into wind as soon as it leaves my mouth. While I'm releasing the wind I also collect it and form it into 1 big blast to push back your clone. When the wind reaches your clone it pushes her backwards in the air and make her poof away when she hits the ground.*

How to use it:
It seems to me a bit more of a defensive jutsu than an offensive. It's range is short and the power is quite moderate, so I would usually use it to stop my opponents movements and/or start my combo. Used with quick fire based attacks would make it stronger and more useful, but I think other wind and lightning style jutsus could be used with this too. If my opponent is in the air, attack him/her from the sides or back is quite easy.

If I didn't misunderstand the description: "Normal users can release a blast of wind to send them back if they do not possess a Giant folding fan or Giant war fan." I can use it to send myself back too, allowing myself to "dodge" incoming attacks.

While I'm blowing out the wind I also collect and compress it to make a blast and then direct it toward your clone, making her poof away as the wind blast reaching her.*

A bit better than the previous jutsu as it has longer range. Can be used with fire based attacks, and I think a water/lightning combination with this jutsu could be quite interesting too. Also like the previous jutsu this can be used for escaping too.

This time I don't collect the wind just direct it toward your clone and strengthen it with the air between us, creating a powerful stream of wind. As soon as this wind reaches your clone it makes her poof away.*

Different technique than the previous 2. It is a continuous stream capable of sweep away objects in it's way. A perfect combo with fire style techniques. In a desert or on a sandy area I could use it to blind my target with sand.

I wonder what happens if I throw several kunais and/or shurikens before this technique and my opponent wants to counter with fire style. the weapons will contiue their way toward him or they will be sent back to me like the wind?

and how would you use this in battle...

*I perform the necessary hand seals and gather a high amount of wind chakra in my right arm. Then I grab my sword which is on my left in it's scabbard and quickly unsheathe it and perform a slash horizontally in front of me toward my right side. As soon as I touch the sword I channel my chakra into it, then while performing the slash I release all of it. While I'm releasing the chakra I turn it into wind and move it on the same route as my sword, creating a full vortex of wind around me.*

This can be used mostly for defense purposes, puching back incoming attacks and objects, like kunais and B-rank or lower elemental jutsus. Of course only the smaller ones. On the other hand it can be used for distraction in close combat. stopping the opponent's attacks and attack in an unexpected way.

Then I take a deep breath, take out a kunai and blow out the chakra at my kunai, turning it into wind as soon as it leaves my mouth. Right after I started to exhale the wind I direct it to the kunai and cover it with the wind. I make the wind really really sharp around the kunai and increase it's sharpness greatly.*

Looks like Asuma's technique, but Danzo used it (or something very similar) too. If I'm in need of a sword I could create 1 from this, or just increase the kunais' / shurikens' piercing / cutting power. However I doubt I'll ever use this jutsu in an actual battle.
