Sooo, dunno if any of you guys have read Shakespeare's Othello, but thought it was a nice comparison.
Tobi doesn't seem to have a motive, lies consistently, we can never tell if what hes telling is the truth or something of his own creation to suit himself.
He has power politically (and abilities that allow him to do so).
