Best/Worst Written Characters in the manga

Who in your eyes are the worst/best written characters in the manga , this isn't discussing the strength of the characters, but just overall characterization.

I really cant say worst and best.. i think this show is balanced enuff for people like me who watch for fun and for boredom. atleast i see things like this.

I liked the role of Naruto's parents but also Itachi is up there... Also orochimaru was the best villain IMO. The worst has to be tsunade, she was given such high hopes with her being a kage, sannin and senju but her values, opinions and abilities are a bit lack luster.

i know that its totally ur opinion but i dont think he is the worst written character ... can u explain ??

Best: Tobi, Danzo [Even after dead we still learn of his secrets], Kakashi, Hiruzen [ I bet you will all be surprised when we will learn a lot of more about his powers in his prime ].

Worst: Hidan and Kakuzu. These guys were TOTALLY AWESOME, but their potential got ruined. Hidan was keep getting his head cut off, even though he shouldn't fall for it, and Kakuzu got trolled by a Rasenshuriken.

Best writen characters so far are : Tobi , Uchiha Madara , Itachi , and Orochimaru.

Love killer bee, Tobi has always impressed me as a villain, shikamaru has been a joy to watch as he matured. The speech he gave naruto to cheer him up after Jiraiya's death was great.

Worst: None are extremely bad...it's more or less which characters move me or not. And my best mentioned did that.
