Best/Worst Written Characters in the manga

Ten Ten, the most useless shinobi in all of Konoha, her abilities are crap and her style is boring, at least with lee he hits things and they go boom, but ten ten is honestly useless.

ET Uchiha Madara takes fan mail and reads forums to see how he's doing, and he's got it covered. A Mokutoun no Bunshin is on its way... She's a goner...

itachi is the best written
the worst is nagato/pain

Itachi is one of the better ones no doubt, but Nagato as among the worst?! He's one of the best written characters in the series. His lines during his fights with Jiraiya/Naruto regarding peace, shared pain, and being a god are some of Kishi's best work. Everyone's entitled to their opinion though.

I liked the role of Naruto's parents but also Itachi is up there... Also orochimaru was the best villain IMO. The worst has to be tsunade, she was given such high hopes with her being a kage, sannin and senju but her values, opinions and abilities are a bit lack luster.

Agreed on all but Tsunade, who has had her moments. Not every ninja has to be a elite combatant to contribute significantly, her sacrifice of keeping much of Konoha alive during the Nagato invasion was one of the greatest sacrifices of any Kage we've seen thus far... Then Nagato trolled her, and made it all irrelevant with Rinne Tensei, lmao. xd

Best: Tobi, Danzo [Even after dead we still learn of his secrets], Kakashi, Hiruzen [ I bet you will all be surprised when we will learn a lot of more about his powers in his prime ].

Worst: Hidan and Kakuzu. These guys were TOTALLY AWESOME, but their potential got ruined. Hidan was keep getting his head cut off, even though he shouldn't fall for it, and Kakuzu got trolled by a Rasenshuriken.

Best writen characters so far are : Tobi , Uchiha Madara , Itachi , and Orochimaru.

Do I sense a slight taste for the villains/antagonists...? I would add Nagato, but it's not my list. Also, Tobi is a good narrater, but keeping his identity a secret has made it difficult to have him say too much of significance in my opinion.

Worst: Tenten, Ino, And Sakura. Sakura does NOT act like main heroine at all, tenten seems to just be fodder and ino. . . . I have no idea what kishi was trying to accomplish by putting ino in.
Best: itachi, nagato, konan, killer bee, naruto, kisame, onoki, gaara, shikamaru, lee, kakashi, gai.

Edit: i wish konan had survived her fight with tobi and replaced sakura as main heroine :T_T::T_T::T_T:

Best = none really.
Worst = Tenten, she was created with no purpose, no back story, no skills and no impact at all. In the time skip, Naruto didn't acknoledge her existence only Lee and Neji (as shown when he was thinking about Team Guy).

Lots of people are putting TenTen down but im not sure how much they have considered....exactly how right they are XD she serves litterally no purpose, shes a weapon specialist but all she does (when she does it) is just summon a billion blades to fall from the sky, hardly skillfull. Sasuke is a better weapon Specialist lol.

As for best...hmmm its hard!

Sasuke's back story is the best (for those that get it)

But for shear impact i think maybe Zabuza, come on who didnt love the whole arms disabled Kunai in the mouth dash lol Hes the only regular shinobi thats had an impressive final stand where he didnt use some battlefield destroying techinque.
