I Believe the sarutobi clan are the strongest clan with out being part of the SO6P (or who knows) but they lack the body stamina they wont last long there old age effect are twice unlike other clan or people.
But they have the most powerfull chakra of them all. Only Hiruzen Jutsu were capable even at old age to make the ground tremble like he was about to go saiyan.
The Only Person To be call God Of Shinobi (except for so6p) ,The Supreme Shinobi,The Profesor came from this clan.
