this basically creates a whirlpool under you enabling to to use another jutsu at this time ......

and while im in the air i use Wind Release ? Grand Tornado Skill [Fuuton ? Gougi Tatsumaki no Jutsu]
- Effect: A skill being known for its legendary destructive power, creating a large spiral of wind within the air launching down a grand tornado. Having the power to suck up the nearby surrounds and rip apart many things within its path.....you take damage if not killed ....thats a devestating attack ha but you might have something for it

uses *Futon: Atsugai (Wind Release: Pressure Damage) completely leveling everything within a one mile radious thus disapating ur tornado and knocking u to the ground*
