When I have the bullets I let them fall down onto the target. Since it was created so high in the sky, these bullets of rain gain a great amount of momentum and their resulting weight are close to falling boulders.*

Before we continue. I had miss-read the technique I wanted you to do myself. So yeh, this was basically the one. I believe both of you know what it does, as it's just an advanced version of the other one you already learned, this time it's just ice and not raindroplets formed into a blob of water.

Let's procced.

*Shows hand signs.* Peform these and ascend your chakra into the rain clouds above us, and start converting the rain cloud, into a hail cloud by cooling down. Let it fall down like hail and hit the opponent and if not temporarily blind him while the hail is in play. However it would also blind yourself somewhat. U__U Also, by using your chakra you can direct the hail towards the opponent.
