If you get a tattoo related to anime/manga/anything, make sure you truly love it. Not something you like, but love. I would never get a Naruto one, but if I was a tat guy, I'd get something of Batman on my wrist. Batman is a huge part of my childhood, so it has meaning. Just make sure it has meaning to you.

How old are you, Cupcake? If you're under 18, heck, under 21, you should seriously re-consider this. I mean, I got my first Tatto for my 17th birthday 4 months ago but it sure wasn't Anime or Manga related.

Im turning 21 next month this would be my 4th tattoo. I see my tattoos as being parts of my life different ones have different meanings that have to do with a certain part of my life. Naruto is my all time favorite show right now and yea maybe in a couple years i might not care for it as much as i do now but life is to short for regrets Im still considering a half sleeve but seeing as how i have a small arm for tattoos that's probably whats going to prevent me from doing it

I don't think it's wise to ask random strangers on an anime/manga site for advice on permanent alterations of your body. For what it's worth, I don't see a Naruto-related tattoo as being a good idea anyway.

Don't take anything related to Naruto. It just a show you like now, later it will become more and more meaningless to you, so will the tattoo. You will regret it later.

^ This. Be careful with tattoo's. As Hawker has already stated, Naruto is a show, one of our hobby's. As we get older, our view might change or we might come to dislike it (the show or tattoo) and Naruto may become something we won't want to watch or read again. But you'll still have a tattoo of it on your body, it might be a lovely memory but remember, you'll have that for the rest of your life. It's your decision though, take care.
EDIT: But if you really do want one, I'll vote for one if that's okay. If I would have a tattoo, I'd pick Gaara's LOVE on his forehead. Obviously not on my forehead lol xd But I like it the most and I'd have it on my wrist. So I vote for the kanji writing of love.
