Base naruto can beat kakashi and I have my reasons for saying that

He can make hundreds of clones, so kamui won't work
He can summon, If I'm not mistaken he can still summon one of the giants toads
Way more stamina than kakashi

If you forgot due to the fact that it evenly disperses chakra the sharingan can not tell the difference.

Naruto can use Fuuton: Rasengan, an incomplete form of Rasenshuriken, just saying.

It uses less wind chakra, and it completely overpowered Kakashi's Rasengan, and since wind > lighting, it would overpower Raikiri IMO.

Actually naruto's speed increased after training in myobokuzan, he got around the kumo nin and caught sakura in a second if you guys dont remember.

How will naruto's clones beat kakashi in base mode, remember during the shippuden bell test, Kakashi was single handedly owning all naruto's clones.

And the OP said no senjutsu (so Im guessing no sage mode), meaning naruto cant even throw a rasenshuriken. Kakashi's taijutsu is superior to most characters in the series, especially naruto's. Kakashi has tons of jutsun while base naruto pretty much only has a rasengan and shadow clone.

Kakashi is faster than Naruto in base mode (way faster) and his sharingan makes evading naruto a easy as pie.

Even sage Naruto vs Kakashi is not a guaranteed Naruto win without ma and pa.

and people need to stop with the whole naruto's speed increased nonsense. No it didn't, even if it did that still doesn't put him on par with kakashi.

Naruto won't be able to catch anyone with a Rasenshuriken if he's in base mode, without plot no jutsu. The only reason he caught Kakuzu was because of plot no jutsu. Unless he's willing to sacrifice an arm and if he could momentarily stun Kakashi, he can't win. Kakashi wins this, low-mid diff.
