that picture says minato's reflexes can keep up even in a v2 raikage. minato evaded the fastest attack from raikage and minato hits raikage. minato's reflexes/speed > v2

No... Minato went to attack the Raikage whilst he was still in motion, so Raikage couldn't stop quick enough. Minato hitting Raikage means nothing. Or are you telling me every time somebody has landed a hit on someone else it means they have better reflexes? No.

yeah the amaterasu move at the longer distance after the raikage evades the amaterasu why would raikage move a longer distance when he already evade it.

How can you tell that the Raikage moved a longer distance than Amaterasu? We cant even tell how close the Amaterasu was to the Raikage's after image. I already explained above that it shows the Amaterasu moved a longer distance, even though the Raikage was still moving.
