FTG does not = Minatos speed.FTG is a teleportation seal writen on a kunai he throws and in which means it's not his base speed to further explain to you.

Can Raiton armor really be considered 'base'? When I think of base speed I think of someone like Lee who doesn't use any jutsu or power-ups to move quickly.

I'm onmy phone so ill make this brief... minato is one of the few who has the capability of not getting one shotted by amaterasu. This is because he is fast. The theories I read were complete bullshit though lol. However, this doesn't mean minato can't be hit by amaterasu. He may be capable of dodging it underthe right circumstances (that is very important) but he is more than capable of being hit by amaterasu. If he even thinks for a second he will die. If he even stands for a second he will die. Raikage dodged amaterasu 1 time because it was under the right circumstances and he got lucky lol. He didn't dodge it the second time and he sure as hell wasn't dodging it the third time. If minato is under the right circumstances then yes he can dodge it. Those circumstances will never come though. In order for him to be under the right circumstances he needs to look at itachis eyes. And once he does that he is bringing a whole worlrf of hate upon himself. Imo minato loses against itachi. Is he capable of dodging amaterasu? Yes. Will he actually dodge it in combat? Most likely not. Will he be capable of never being hit by it throughout the entire fight? 100% not.

Already many have posted about the eyes thing....so the only point of discussion is speed & reaction.
Now in V2, raikage could dodge amaterasu.
1) Minato is said to be the fastest ninja, & he can dodge it if raikage can dodge it.
minato hater's arguments: minato has a faster speed,but his reaction is slower than raikage...

I'm not sure if I misunderstood you. However, raikages punch is not faster than amaterasu. Amaterasu was known as an undodgeable unavoidable technique. That may not be completely true but the move has it's hype. I personally haven't seen a move which is faster yet. Aside fromcertain space times obviously.

lol, minato actually has 3 counters for amaterasu- reflexes, ftg, and fuinjutsu.

amaterasu is always preceded by pressure and a bleeding eye. everyone knows when it's coming, everytime. it's insanely fast when it's out, but any shinobi worth its salt will be prepared for amaterasu. as to enton, it's nowhere near as fast and as accurate
