amaterasu is slower than Raikage, Minato's eyes saw Raikage move, he'll be able to see Amaterasu move and teleport away.

obviously you are stupid... You said speed is not equal to reflex. ...... He dodged that move as soon as he saw it coming... He has both. As soon as sasuke got his focus minato would be gone.. Minato got the best of tobi too.. Tobi is a space time master.. His time has to be damn near perfect... Minato could anticipate raikages fastest move.. Therefore he would have the reflex to the amer.. Case closed.
