Description: The user creates a gust of wind that layers an area in loose sand and dust. Doing so also acts as a sandblaster on the surrounding area. This layer of sand that accumulates on the trees during this technique makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. The initial gust can also temporarily blind opponents by lodging sand in their eyes
Describe how to do it: (Temari, used this by swinging her fan) I would first make the according handseal, summon my wind chakra & clap my hands together forcing a gale of wind to spread throughout the field, carrying along with it dust/grain particles which start to form a clutter around the area or even blinding the opponent with the particles blowing alongside the wind
How many hand seals does it have:A single handseal(provided there is no fan which then needs none)
Advantages: Would make the opponent lose footing if standing on narrow/small areas (mainly branches) also blinding them
Disadvantages: with the terrain covered in dust/grains..could cause trouble for the user later in the battle if they chose to move there possision
Combos and possible uses:it could be used along side such moves as Sand Drizzle or Sand Hail to help cover much more of the area buy blowing the fragments of sand across the terrain
How to defend against it: simply supply chakra across the bottom of his/her feet to help gain a more stable balance

Description: User creates a wall of spinning wind in front of him that is used to push back weapons thrown towards him. It can also be used against taijutsu close range attacks, but the wall can be pushed back with a stronger wind jutsu or if a smoke bomb or explosive tag touches the spinning wind they will automatically get activated because of the sharpness of the wind element, damaging the user also.
Describe how to do it: I would start by manipulating my wind chakra around my body forming from my feet & upwards in a spiraling motion summoning wind to surround me while carrying on in a rotating form similar to a tornado
How many hand seals does it have: Single Handseal
Advantages: Protects from projectile weapons such as kunai or shuriken & also against close range melee attacks
Disadvantages:Weapons such as explosive tags would cause alot of damage to the user if it made contact with the the wind wall..also would be very ineffective against Fire jutsu
Combos and possible uses:Could be used alongside mid-long range wind jutsu's to form both defensive & offensive attacks
How to defend against it: Use Explosive tags or fire jutsu's against it to hurt the user & cancel out the wind wall leaving an opening to attack

Description: This technique allows the user to change direction in mid-air at high speeds by simply blowing wind out their mouth. The user can also use this technique by blowing it at the ground and causing a dust cloud to rise, concealing the users location and movement.
This is actually a pretty useful technique, Whilst in mid air you can blow a stream of wind from your mouth allowing to to move quickly and avoid certain jutsu, Though it should be noted you can not avoid a jutsu by jumping and then using this technique (In most cases)

Description: The user creates a huge stream of wind that carries rocks that lifts the opponent into the air where the rocks hit them.
Well this is a fairly new technique i believe, Also can be quite useful. Basically release a blast of wind from your mouth that will pick up small stones and pebbles and other rocks and fire them towards your opponent causing harm, Another useful trick would be placing caltrops on the ground between your opponent and yourself and using this technique to lift them firing a barrage of fast moving spikes at his body, Adding a very harmful twist to a basic technique.
