I assume you can use this to absorb an incoming water jutsu for example right? This would mean that we can use this to drain a water source on the field for example, right? I see good uses for this when combined with Taijutsu to drain chakra. It also seems quite useful since it can be used as Wood Release is, to trap and ensnare opponents. This + Wood Style: Greater Wood Technique = forest of death and decay. Hate the restriction and the range though. Lol

The first expels a mist of spores, which secrete a liquid that causes irritation to the eyes, nose and throat of those who inhale it. The second releases an hallucinogenic toxin (not to be mistaken by Genjutsu) which will make the opponent see dwarves all around them, distracting them from the fight. This jutsu is quite good because, whenever you think of a mushroom that could follow this layout, we could attempt to resubmit this jutsu with that addition. Your idea, for example, could be attempted with this.

With handseals you can make them grow anywhere up to Mid, thus stretching the mushrooms to Long range. This mushrooms will emit an eerie light, which will carry a strong genjutsu in it. The immediate effects of the genjutsu is the seemingly absorption of all light from the opponent's eyes, leaving nothing but the eerie lights, and ethereal light that does not illuminate any feature on the battlefield, leaving the opponent with ghostly sounds, voices and laughs on a dark ambiance. In a short period of time no bigger than 5 handseals (you count by your rank, not your opponent's rank, thus someone lower than you might translate in less handseals, and a person higher in more handseals), the genjutsu will have a secondary effect of paralysis, portrayed by tiny invisible hands locking the opponent's limbs and torso.

Anywho, Pan is the Greek god of the forest, he is represented as a faun or a satyr. Barbegazi is a creature from the Swiss mythology, a gnome or a dwarf. It is associated with cold and snowfall, it's name has french origins meaning "Frozen Beard". Foc Follet, another word for Will O' Wisp or Ignis Fatuus, is a ghostly light seen by travelers at night, especially over bogs, swamps or marshes.

While many grow from the ground directly, creating a large net of fungus woven together into a magnificent carpet, you can make many of them burst from you, for example, if you are trapped by an earth technique, which will allow you to destroy it by force, due to the thickness of the fungus net, and melt through it, due to the fungus' inherited properties. Alongside with the gigantic carpet of fungus, many mushroom caps will grow, from various sizes (up until actual tall trees). This can further aid you blocking or redirecting your opponent's jutsus or even knock them off balance, as you can freely control the growth of the Wonderland, as long as the end result is a thick carpet of fungus as floor and a forest of giant mushroom caps. Furthermore, while these fungi do not have chakra or normal parasitic properties (They cannot steal chakra or induce a fast rotting procedure, they will still be highly strong against earth jutsus, cutting all connection with the ground bellow (preventing the usage of the ground as an Earth source) and will be highly strong against water, allowing you to grow it thicker and larger if there is water present (natural source, your jutsu or even your opponent's jutsus). Do not forget that this jutsu counts as two jutsus, and you cannot use another Mushroom technique in the same turn.

This is to be used in infections, to clean wounds or stop the disease. This is also the perfect counter for up to A ranked Germ techniques, or techniques that use general germs as a way to get you ill (like Alimujtaba's jutsu). Being a medical student yourself, you can use this more efficiently, gaining the added effect of it killing up to S rank Germ techniques.
Being a chakra based Penicilline, it can obviously be more aggressive or more benign. This means that in battle, you can choose to have a more damaging strand, actively forcing the Peniciline to react poorly against the opponent's immune system, causing an allergic reaction, which can be more or less aggressive depending on the opponent's body limitations (If the opponent was already allergic, it can cause anaphylactic shock in mere seconds, if not, it can only cause mild symptoms, like itchy eyes and rashes). In health care, you can make it more benign, people that react poorly to normal penicilin will not create an allergy to yours, but highly allergic people will still have mild symptoms. In health care, you should always preform the skin test before applying the jutsu, even with the afore mentioned benign property enhanced. (Thus, you can use this with Nexus, telling him about the benign property, but he can still tell you the patient is allergic).
Since no one says their character's allergies in the bios, you have to guess. 10% of people are allergic, 30% of those are highly allergic. Which means that 1 in ten opponents will have mild allergy (thus anaphyillactic shock with aggressive Bless of Legba and no allergy with benign BoL) and every 3 in every 10 opponent with mild allergy will have extreme allergy (thus ****ed up aggressive BoL and mild allergy with benign BoL).

Lol, of course. I'll show you Centauride's Zenith in a moment. It can create the Candida Albicans yeast and plenty more. And then there's also Warts of Mokele-mbembe.
Anywho:
This is my clone jutsu. Of course they're not merely clones, they are far better, in my opinion. One of the main differences is their body. They are basically an aggregation of black spores. This means that, depending on the density of the aggregation, that can range from a loose mist of spores to a tangible, solid clone. This covers even partial transformation, thus you can have 2 solid hands within a loose mist. The size of the mist and what it can transform is proportional to the amount of clones. Thus 4 clones max, meaning 8 hands, 8 feet, 4 heads, etc. You can't aggregate two clones together, unfortunately, but you can loosen the aggregation to make larger clones, although less tangible.
Next, you can use them to preform all Mushroom Techniques up to B rank. This means you can use the lower version of Finger's of Pan, Bouncy Leprechauns, Centaurides' Zenith ( which I'll teach you second to last) and Warts of Mokele-mbembe, my crown jewel (which I will teach you last).
Finally, one of the most amazing abilities they have, upon touch, they will grow dark fungus similar to the Main Release fungus in all aspects except the color. This means that touching the clones will be the same as having your skin rotten, they carry the power to decay, absorb water, melt earth jutsus in their skin. Have fun with them.

Description: The user releases a mist of black spores, which, upon contact or when desired, will grow into dark fungus, with the exact same characteristics as the Main Release fungus, but differing in color. As soon as it is released, the mist will aggregate into clones, the size of the mist being proportional to the amount of clones created. The clones, although tangible and similar to the user in shape, are simply an aggregation of spores, and as such may not use any techniques apart from Mushroom Jutsus up to B rank. But they are light and fast, and can desegregate, assuming an hybrid mist/clone form. The mist will shift is such way that it will seem like a swarm of flies, despite not being able to spread much more that 1 meter from the originating clone.

Lol, of course. I'll show you Centauride's Zenith in a moment. It can create the Candida Albicans yeast and plenty more. And then there's also Warts of Mokele-mbembe.
Anywho:
This is my clone jutsu. Of course they're not merely clones, they are far better, in my opinion. One of the main differences is their body. They are basically an aggregation of black spores. This means that, depending on the density of the aggregation, that can range from a loose mist of spores to a tangible, solid clone. This covers even partial transformation, thus you can have 2 solid hands within a loose mist. The size of the mist and what it can transform is proportional to the amount of clones. Thus 4 clones max, meaning 8 hands, 8 feet, 4 heads, etc. You can't aggregate two clones together, unfortunately, but you can loosen the aggregation to make larger clones, although less tangible.
Next, you can use them to preform all Mushroom Techniques up to B rank. This means you can use the lower version of Finger's of Pan, Bouncy Leprechauns, Centaurides' Zenith ( which I'll teach you second to last) and Warts of Mokele-mbembe, my crown jewel (which I will teach you last).
Finally, one of the most amazing abilities they have, upon touch, they will grow dark fungus similar to the Main Release fungus in all aspects except the color. This means that touching the clones will be the same as having your skin rotten, they carry the power to decay, absorb water, melt earth jutsus in their skin. Have fun with them.

Description: The user releases a mist of black spores, which, upon contact or when desired, will grow into dark fungus, with the exact same characteristics as the Main Release fungus, but differing in color. As soon as it is released, the mist will aggregate into clones, the size of the mist being proportional to the amount of clones created. The clones, although tangible and similar to the user in shape, are simply an aggregation of spores, and as such may not use any techniques apart from Mushroom Jutsus up to B rank. But they are light and fast, and can desegregate, assuming an hybrid mist/clone form. The mist will shift is such way that it will seem like a swarm of flies, despite not being able to spread much more that 1 meter from the originating clone.

It's base structure is an arrow, not faster nor sharper than an actual arrow, it is basically the same, except made of enhanced pre-developed yeasts. This serves as a preparation for Mokele-mbembe. Why? Lets dissect: pre-developed means that upon touch with certain substances, at your wish, the yeast cells will develop into ANY specialized species of yeast. Enhanced means that you can take these specific yeasts and augment, increase or fasten their effects. This means that it requires a lot of research, something I haven't done completely, and thus I need you, as a student of Mushroom, to help me create an inventory of useful yeast and usages. Although it requires work, it is virtually a blank canvas, allowing you to use this jutsu to preform a really wide range of actions.
So far I've came up with the obvious battle use of the aggressive kind of Candidas Albicans, provoking a fast acting and severe candidiasis around the area of the wound, namely sores and pus around the effected area, causing itchiness and ardor. This is not limited to the skin alone, it affects the whole area the arrow pierces, including internal organs. Since it's a chakra enhanced candidiasis, it will be fast acting, intense and will grow exponentially from the smallest of cuts.
Another battle use is the fact that yeast absorb water, further helped by the fact that the Mushroom Element is, in itself, already strong against it. You can shoot the arrow against a water jutsu and it will neutrilize it (Up to it's rank). If you happen to find a particular species that absorbs even more water, you can claim to be able to neutralize 1 rank above with a single arrow.
Different species react to different temperatures. I know for a fact that Leucosporidium frigidum survives and prospers at temperatures as low as -2ºC, thus surviving Ice jutsus, and Candida slooffi survives temperatures as high as 45ºC. If you find species with lower or higher temperatures, it would be even great. How can this be used? When met with jutsus at those temperatures, you can mature the yeast coating the arrow into these species, protecting the whole arrow and the core yeast against the temperatures of the elements.
Now, for the less battle oriented jutsus, you can ferment beer, bread, wine, etc etc. In fact, one of the original uses of this technique (before I had to tone it down) was to create a shield made of fermented dough, which would increase the already great strength against blunt impacts inherent to the Mushroom Element, an example of thinking outside the box. Wikipedia has numerous entries about different yeast applications, I just haven't studied them yet, glad to have you on board, as you will have to do it

It can also be used to produce Gas in water by fermenting the organic matter in it and producing gas and foam for example. Even smell. It can also be quite effective against bone, creating a mycosis like infection that spreads and renders the bones useless as they grow weaker and turn to dust (exposed bones and nails only).

Meaning that even if it's strong against, for example, Marshmellow, it will still be weak or fail to defeat A ranks and higher. It is something to think about though, we could maybe update this technique into a higher rank (though the clones will loose the ability to use it) or maybe work on a mode/weapon apart from the 12 jutsus allowed to each custom Element. This because I've already submitted my last Mushie technique (Waiting approval). Still this element has a lot of room to grow, updating techniques like Toxic Dwarf or working on these pre-developed techniques. Anywho, this leads me to the last approved technique, le grand crown jewel, Warts of Mokele-mbembe.
Basically, this last jutsu allows you to grow any species of mushrooms you want, like said before, enhanced versions of already existing mushrooms. And in addition to that, it allows you to create the 2 Alternative Release Mushrooms. Although, with each usage, you may only grow 1 type of mushrooms, even though you may grow plenty more than just one individual.
Lets start with the most basics:
1. Alternative Spore Releasing Mushroom: Basically these mushrooms will secrete a mist of spores into the air. Upon touch, these spores will grow into the main release Fungus, thus, if organic matter touches these spores, it will be encased in chakra absorbing, parasitic decay-inducing fungus.
2. Alternative Poison Releasing Mushroom: These mushrooms will secrete a poisonous mist. The poison of the standard Alternative Release causes gastrointestinal irritation and uncontrollable vomiting, followed by multiple organ failure in 1 turn, and death in the second turn of exposure.
Then we have the specific mushrooms. The ones I found so far that have actual battle use are:
Ophiocordyceps - Parasitic fungus mushroom caps that release spores into the air. These spores will infect insects (normally ants). The spores will grow the fungus inside the ant's body, putrefying it's insides and then controlling their limbs. These zombie ants are guided into places that will benefit the fungus, for it to mature and release more spores. Applied to RP by the use of chakra to enhance it, the effects are faster and are applied to a wider range of insects, this is the perfect counter for Aburame bugs, but could be applied to Insect summons, only up to B rank. You can control them for something like 1-2 turns before they rot away.
Glomales - A species of fungus that produces Glomalin, a natural glue. These are used like the main release fungus, as nets that can grow by your opponent's feet and wrap around their body. The natural glue will make the hold far more powerful.
Amanita - Contains Muscimol, which is hallucinogenic. Dissociatives are a class of hallucinogen which reduce or block signals to the conscious mind from other parts of the brain. May include sensory deprivation, dissociation, hallucinations, and dream-like states or trances. Basically, your opponent will feel as if he/she is not on his/her body, instead floating around extra-corporeally. These are the effects of inhaling them. While these could be administered in their food/drinks, in battle, you can't afford such thing. Thus, to effectively use these mushrooms, you will have to burn them, the fumes will then carry the enhanced version of Muscimol, and cause the effects above described.
Armillaria mellea - There are some biolominescent species of fungus. I believe this one to be the brightest. They are yellow lamp-shaped mushroom that emit a bluish-green light in the dark. Enhanced by chakra, I expect these to serves as second suns (not quite, but still very efficient to fight in the dark, or maybe flash an opponent if you play your cards right).
Cantharellus tubaeformis (Trumpet Chanterelle) - Is an highly Radioactive materials absorbent. Studies have been made showing that many fungi species are able to absorb radioactive materials. It is also said that while inside the mushroom, the radioactivity is seemingly frozen. using the enhanced property of this technique, you could create sort of Radioactivity Vacuum, gathering all the radioactivity inside the Trumpets which you could then throw away for safer measures.

Coccidioides immitis (coccidiomycosis), Histoplasma capsulatum (histoplasmosis) and Blastomyces dermatitidis (blastomycosis). Very hard to treat and yet very dangerous.
Aspergillus spp. (aspergillosis) and Cryptococcus neoformans (cryptococcosis). These generally only work on patients with already stablished diseases, not very effective on healthy ones.

you can find most symptoms here. Off course, with the spores version of your technique, these can be quite deadly. And even if we don't assume deadly, Fever = weakness, hindered mind, hallucinations, etc. Joint Pain = trouble moving, Coughing = distraction and loss of stamina. Etc etc.
I'll try to look into more pathological cases of these. Awesome technique, really. Although, for a B-Rank its a bit overly restricted. This could easily have passed as a technique usable once per turn. The main reason being your own CE's weakness, which makes this technique, even if deadly and dangerous, quite reasonable and non-op.
