It depends if itachi is healthy. If he is, i think he can take on madara, he's smart and powerful(he can take on anybody) but his downfall will be stamina. With sasuke and izuna, ill say sasuke because hes smart also and has ems(no blindness).

thats a very hard question cause Madara and Izuna would have Years and Years of Exp, i mean compared o that all Itachi and sasuke has is well.... Nothing? so i say Madara and Izuna
It's a tie but if we take evil uchihas (madara and sasuke) vs "noble" uchihas (shisui and itachi) then "nobles" would win if they were all healthy and have good chakra

izunas useless. itachis statement of him being equal to ms madara is worthless since how would a 20 year old know about 100 year old brothers? madara outlasts itachi and overwhelms sasuke with rinnegan
both of those guys are evil and selfish. shisui killed himself instead of saving the village, lumping everything on his friend because of utter cowardice. and itachi killed an entire clan.
