I hear some ppl think Tobi can defeat Madara, and I find it ridiculous. My question to you all is, How do you figure?

well 4 reasons
1.he has edo
2.he also has the reinngan and sharingan
3.he has 7 tail beast or path equipped with sharingan and reinngan
4.he has Kuchiyose: Gedō Mazō
so basically tobi >madara with easy diffcult

Madara is a Rinnegan user, meaning Gedo Mazo is also available to HIM as well.

Tobi is just lucky that nobody else but Madara has the Rinnegan. If there were a clan of Rinnegan users and only one Gedo Mazo, it would be a bit more inefficient to use in battle due to everyone summoning it.

Madara also has Wood Release and Sharingan. While I don't think that if the Bijuu or sealed they can be controlled by either (Bijuu are being controlled by Rinnegan technically, as the Jinchuuriki are part of the Six Paths of Pain, but when they transform it is a different story).

It may be possible to use Wood Release to restrain the beasts.

I think whoever takes control of the bijuu's wins this it could go either way, I'm not convinced that Tobi's s/t will be able to warp Madara without it being countered with a bit of taijutsu and after that we wont see it again since madara will use susanoo. If Tobi is not an Uchia then i don't think he can win against the blessed eyes in the right body Mokuton can restrain the beasts and then Madara can use his own Rinnegan to make the beasts his own. After that all Tobi has got is his own Eyes and his s/t and we haven't seen him use any of the extreme chakra draining jutsu's that Nagato used (If he has I've forgotten).

To those saying that Madara will take over control of the bijuu, Tobi doesn't even need to bring them out of gedo mazo. Gedo Mazo with 7 bijuu inside it make Madara's meteors and forests look like childs play.
