You haven't said exactly how Madara defeats Tobi. It is very simple, he may be able to counter some of Tobi's extra weapons but his S/T defeats all. Like I said it's very simple. He warps Madara and is intangible to the rest. U_U He can counter any Rinnegan techs if he needs to which he doesn't because he also has the same techniques.

Tobi can turn Gedo Mazo intangible, avoiding Mokuton.

For fitting into Susanoo, really? Tobi just has to warp within it and warp Madara away. He can phase through it, either by going intangible or warping inside it from the start. Warping and human path therefore are not irrelevant; you just tried making a half-assed excuse to negate it.

CB isn't destroyed that easily. For flower tree: CB takes it up with it. Or Gedo Mazo roars and sends it all flying towards Madara and his clones. What you fail to realise is it doesnt matter. Intangible or not, how will Tobi manage to deal with Madara's Mokuton clones, and Susano'o? I've given a scenario in a previous post, Tobi wont warp Madara unless he touches him, in which he needs to solidify. That'll leave him open for a counter attack, and if you dont think Madara can capitalize on that, your an idiot.

Edit: Madara's clones can barrage Tobi until he's tangible. Then Madara can literally do several things to dispatch Tobi.
