Does Sasuke have tsukuyomi? And questions about mangekyo sharigan?

Since the latest chapter everyone has saw that Sasuke and itachi used genjutsu to break out of kabutos genjutsu. Itachi clearly uses tsukuyomi but Sasuke does not and I can not think of a logical reason that he wouldn't besides he doesn't have so I'm asking for proof that he does have and don't show me the scan of tobi/zetsu cannot remember who said when they said itachi transferred all techniques over to Sasuke. And second question is about shisui sharingan? Up until his it's seems that every mangekyo has a physical attack and a genjutsu attack why does both off his eyes create genjutsu? Plot hole?

No, he doesn't.

Sasuke's left Mangekyo gives him the ability to cast Amaterasu, and his right Mangekyo gives him the ability to manipulate it (Blaze release).

Use search function, this topic is already being discussed, and NO, there are no actual facts that Sasuke has Tsukuyomi, but rather an average MS genjutsu, since its not his area of expertise.

yes in other words sasuke's mangekyous are ninjutsu type, they both consecrate on amaterasu, while shisui's eye are the exact opposite, they both use genjutsu. it really kinda depends on the character's fighting style or type.

Sasuke have tsukyomi but it weakeer than itachi when sasuke was at MS LVL. Sasuke possess ITachi eyes now,therefore he should get a power boost on tsukyomi (maybe slow down time or strong tsukyomi).

Anyway, he does have it. Just because he isn't as skilled with it like Itachi it doesn't mean he doesn't have it.
-His eye bleeds when using genjutsu which i doubt would happen for a regular genjutsu.
-The databook says that you need Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi in order to unlock Susanoo.

anyone not paying attention ,direct yourself to sasuke vs raikage, where his left eye was used to create amaterasu, and his right eye was used to manipulate amaterasu, also called enton, blaze release, unless kishi just felt like throwing him another ms ability no he does not have tsukuyomi :|

His ability to control amaterasu, as shee said, is just his skill in amaterasu..

Just like Itachi's skill in tsukyomi was to control perception of time... Sasuke is a ninjutsu person and can do enton

if that was just his proficiency in amaterasu then why doesnt that ability[enton] lie in the same eye that amaterasu is cast with, thats the equivalent of saying itachi uses his left eye to engage tsukuyomi and his right eye to manipulate space and time in tsukuyomi, which isnt the case

sasuke demonstrated 2 seperate abilities with 2 seperate eyes, so my question is, where does that leave room for tsukuyomi
