After seeing minato use it on tobi nd naruto using it first time, it would have to be teh Rasengan. Cause its jst a ball of wind nd if it was chidori, you would just get ****ing fried xd

No, it's not Rasenshuriken.
The normal Rasengan does all that (burns you, twists up your body, sends you flying), but the Rasenshuriken does not twists up your body or sends you flying. It damages the body on a cellular level, severing the nerve channels in the body, leaving the target unable to move after being struck.

Tht would depend on wat level its on, so many times we've seen the people naruto faced who have been hit by the lvl.1 rasengan. They've just been flying backwards, had their clothes part tht was hit torn nd still managed to get up within few mins. Also remember i'm talking bout naruto's rasengan frm part 1. Jiraiya's did everything tht you have just described in part 1. However, sasuke's chidori in part 1 was way more destructive and had a greater impact causing a huge hole in a solid concrete wall when itachi dodged it. If tht was the rasengan, it wouldn't have even pentrated the wall.

rasengan cuz chidori will electrefy me and put a hole in my body while rasengan will jst ruin my skinn nd mabby break my spine but thats it sooo ill take a rasengan over a chidori anyday
