Yeah, that's right, it will put a hole through you, which would be very painful!
But the Rasengan grinds everything that gets hit by it, inflicting major damage.

The Rasengan does incredible internal damage which is harder to treat than the obvious outward wound.

Chidori for me. Rasengan would f*ck my organs up.

I will go with rasengan since i can survive the hit if i have strong body but chidori does clean cuts n it electrify the crap out of u aswell.

No, it's not Rasenshuriken.
The normal Rasengan does all that (burns you, twists up your body, sends you flying), but the Rasenshuriken does not twists up your body or sends you flying. It damages the body on a cellular level, severing the nerve channels in the body, leaving the target unable to move after being struck.

It really comes down to which one looks nicer, because both will probably kill you.

Rasengan... Chidori impales you, has high potential to kill, and there is also the shok from the raiton... On the other hand, lots of people have been hit with rasengan, but only one died (and, not even canon)... Basically, it's like asking: you prefear being stabed by an electocuted katana or being beaten up by a local gang (no weapons involved)... Both can kill you, but you have higher pottential to survive the second one...
