You would have room if you got rid of Gaara, Nagato, Kabuto, & Izuna....

Gaara - Had a bijuu, only let Shukaku take over, or used him to fight, no real skill No Prodigy
Nagato - Cried and killed people while blinded by rinnegan again no real skill, he was the prophecy child No Prodigy
Kabuto - Incredibly smart & an astonishingly fast learn, but No Prodigy
Izuna - Brother of Madara, basically his equal, they were damn near twins no need to even mention him you should've just put Madara/Izuna

And how do you not have Hashirama or Hiruzen? Don't answer that this is your list so who am I to judge
