General issue with Minato Namikaze

I agree with this in whole. Don't attack the fans for being fans, you can hate the character all you want but don't insult people.

This is a place where we all can come together and speak our minds about our common interst.

Don't make this an ugly place where no one longer wish to come. I joined this base for the fact I have no one ( exept my girl who just got into naruto) around me who likes or even knows what I'm talking about.

I find it rude and immature to put people down on here. Remember they like the same show as you. Respect that.

finally disagreement's are going to happen, what I do when someone is being stubbern is find the proove then Pwn them.

The problem usually arises when there is no PROOF to be shown. When it is just differing opinions, with neither side being able to prove anything BECAUSE THEY ARE OPINIONS.

In situations like that, people are just too quick to start insulting each other. Instead of just manning up, and saying something like, "We obviously don't agree on this, so let's leave it at that.".

Firstly id admit im guilty of this, but it has nothing do with with looking down on anybody if anything it was me who expects too much. Im used to a level of arguments outside of naruto/nb so much so that whenever i come online and hear an argument which is either related to naruto or not which falls short of how i operate, i frown upon it and at times dismiss it completely.

there nothing wrong with disagreeing with someone elses opinion and thinking they are stupid, ill use an extreme case for example HITLER,
shared many veiws that i disagree with, and would i call him stupid, hmm..

I mean... REALLY?! You ARE trolling, right? You have to be trolling... I don't wanna feed trolls....

I will say it again, just because someone doesn't agree with you, it doesn't automatically make them stupid. It ONLY means that you have a different opinion than them.

And that Hitler reference... Is SO wrong. It has been proven that Hitler was INCREDIBLY intelligent. He was. He was capable of leading an entire country and then some to commit horrible, unforgivable crimes. He was able to accomplish this BECAUSE of his intelligence, not in spite of it. No doubt, the man was a monster, who I sincerely hope burns in hell for eternity, but he wasn't stupid.

And you don't see the problem there? Instead of just letting people like or dislike whatever FICTIONAL character they want to, you use it as a basis to insult their intelligence? You cannot tell someone that their opinion is wrong. Because it isn't. That is why it is called an opinion.

The problem is that you CAN'T talk sense into those "delusional" members. Because they have their own opinions, and own way of thinking. You can disagree with their opinions, but using it as a basis for insulting their intelligence isn't right.

Very rarely are you able to change other peoples' opinions. They are entitled to their opinions.

And it goes BOTH ways. For instance, Minato fans call people who hate Minato stupid. That also isn't okay.

Point being, insulting someone based on their opinions is wrong, regardless of which way it is going.
