i didnt even nothiseok....but i still dont get why is it a short range type instead of mid-long or at least mid =/

* Description: Creates a tangible clone out of electricity, that when struck delivers a massive shock to the system.
this is a clone made of lighting its pretty good againe enemys useing tajutsu and psichical attacks cant hurt them since you cant punch lighting or cut it
creating one isnt that hard just use lighting chakra while performeing a clone jutsu

well first step is too gathere lighting chakra into your hand and try too draw it out and form a ball and then try too compress it as much as you can the more you can the more powerefull it will become. second step after compresssing it you need to aim at the enemy and then reales it.

ok before you do anything perfomr lighting armor and after that jump inot the air or use shunshine jutsu. and after that just get ready for impact

ok fouse you lighting chakra into you hole body and then try too reales it.its almost as chidory nagashi but it doesnt have such a big range
